Shipping
Orders placed before 3pm are usually processed and dispatched the same day, with delivery normally being next day however delivery can take 2-3 working days and subject to stock.
Wear2Schools preferred courier is Fastway Couriers however we may use alternative courier from time to time.
The cost of postage (UK mainland only) is £4.95 for all orders under £25.00 and £3.95 for orders up to £50.00. All Orders over £50.00 are eligible for free shipping. Customers can also place their order online and collect the items at the shop in person.
Returns
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (14 days) and in the original undamaged packaging, unworn and all tags still attached.
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, or the incorrect item is supplied, Wear2School will refund the full purchase price including postage and packing once items have need returned.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage. We advise all goods being returned should be posted at a Post Office if not be returned to the shop in person. Please ensure that a Proof of Postage is obtained from the Post Office counter on posting.
